They also didn’t replace a protective clear strip on the back edge of the sliding door which is worth about $100.

The dent is still in my bumper that was supposed to be fixed. there was a light that was on when they said it was completed for me to come pick it up. That light had never been on, and then when they got the machine to look up why the light was on, they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it as I sat there, looking at my car, waiting for them to do a diagnostics on the light that was on I noticed the paint was stripped around the windows and off the rims of the car! It was also stripped on the lights like they sprayed something all over my car, they had one job and they couldn’t even do that, yes, the sensors got fixed, but the dent is still on the bumper so what did y’all really do again? You didn’t even fixed the problem that it went in for which was a dent in the bumper you painted it over the sensor without fixing the problem and now my car has multiple problems and I will be letting everyone know about this

For the very beginning, my experience with Trick 1 has been great! The receptionist answering the telephone was very helpful with coordinating the initial assessment. We dealt mainly with Jake and he was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. We will definitely be recommending Trick 1 to anyone needing body-work. The collision department is great!
