Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of personal customer service and satisfaction. For the amount of time the truck was in the shop there is trash in the paint and has a lot of orange peel. Also I don’t think the repairs that were discussed being done actually got done. I was told that I would be notified with updates of the work being done. There was 1 communication in 7 weeks other than the times I had to reach out. After the work was complete I received 5 text messages about a survey.

I had high expectations due to the job I was sold. On a 2-3 week promised job week 6 I was informed it would be at least another week due to the fact they had to order parts AGAIN. When the service manger reached out I was told this should have not been promised as a 2-3 week job. I was also told that I would get a pay out for a tire and never received any information nor a pay out. I was told the truck was cleaned up and ready, when I picked it up it was very dirty and had a lot of body shop dirt outside and inside.
