Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of personal customer service and satisfaction. I made an agreement with Brandy that she would write an estimate under 2300 and I would cover the rest. I did this to avoid points on my insurance and increased rates. She did not follow through and gave the adjuster an estimate over 2300 and I have been informed I have 2 points and increased rate with insurance. I regret coming to trick one.
