We had a great experienced with CARSTAR! Definitely 5 stars! I would say one of the best customer service we experienced. They are very professional, respectful, and treated us very well. Explained everything in details. Help us coordinate our car rental. Got our car back earlier than we expected. Car detailed after the repairs. They really went above and beyond! I actually recommended them to one of my co-workers.

My experience with CarStar was amazing. From the second I called and talked to them they made the process of getting my car fixed so easy. Every single person there was helpful and kind.
