My Experience

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision! When I initially brought my car in, the front desk lady, Bri (I believe that was her name), was so pleasant and professional. My estimator; Randy took the time to look over my vehicle, explain what needed to be repaired, and walk me through the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable and prepared to begin the repair process. Randy even made sure I had a ride so I could pick up my rental car. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was notified that my car was finished even earlier than expected! I was also extremely pleased with the repairs. Everything looks seamless, as if all of the repaired and replaced parts just came straight from the factory brand new! Excellent craftsmanship. I had a concern regarding a collision repair from back in 2022. There was a faulty part involving one of my backup sensors and its bracket due to the previous repair work. At the time, I had the repairs done in the OKC/Norman area because I was a college student and didn't want to have to drive all the way back down there to have the warranty work completed. Thus, I was in the process of discussing with my insurance to have the warranty extended to Caliber Collision since I was so impressed by the service I received. Randy and two other repair technicians went completely out of their way to save me the trouble. They went outside, inspected the faulty sensor from the previous 2022 repair, and discovered that the previous shop had not properly secured the sensor bracket to my rear bumper. This was causing the sensor to malfunction and trigger faulty emergency braking while I was backing up. I guess it was my lucky day because Randy and the other two technicians just happened to have a couple of extra sensor brackets available and were more than willing to fix the issue properly for me. It took them maybe 5–10 minutes to fix the sensor. No extra charge. No additional hassle with insurance. No new warranty claim. They simply saw an issue, knew they could help, and went out of their way to take care of it for me. I am so unbelievably thankful and beyond impressed with my experience at Caliber Collision. Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. Based on my experience, this is a 10/10 repair shop! Thank you guys! Yall rock!

My Experience

Paeton was awesome!! I received updates every couple of days on the progress of my repairs as the car moved from one stage to the next! The car was ready 4 days prior to the original pickup date! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor and you would never know the damage had been done! As an added bonus, the car was cleaned inside and out….which was extremely appreciated since I had just come from a 4 day trip to the beach and hadn’t had a chance to vacuum out all the sand yet!! I am one happy customer!! Thank you!!

My Experience

This was our second repair by CC. The latest repair had to be redone due to a bumper that didn’t fit. Although I thought that it was noticeable enough it should’ve been caught before we were called to com pick it up, they were apologetic and remedied it. We are thankful for CC!
