Missed a dent that was easily noticeable replaced the shell of back passenger door which had dents in it as well. Gave me my vehicle the first time which was unsafe to drive. Break lights did not work and signal lights did not work because they forgot to plug something in. Don’t know how something so simple was missed.

From start to finish, Brie and Arron provided exceptional customer service and kept me informed every step of the repair process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck because they were proactive, professional, and communicated throughout the entire experience. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. When I picked up my truck, it had been completely detailed inside and out and looked better than I ever expected. They didn't just repair my vehicle—they took pride in every aspect of the customer experience. One thing that absolutely blew me away was how they handled the items in my truck. My tie-down straps were carefully wound up, sorted by color, and organized into heavy-duty zip-top bags.
