Filed insurance claim and set up an appointment after talking to a Caliber representative. Caliber dealt directly with the insurance company They started work on the vehicle the same day the Nissan was drop off for repairs We were given an estimate of time and we were kept updated throughout the process The vehicle was ready 3 days sooner than estimated We are pleased with the repairs and the assurance of warranty of their work

I don't appreciate when I ask the receptionist and Tommy if they could hold a check till the 1st and I turn around and they cash it the same day and overdraw my account over $500 then I call and talk to the gentleman and he told me nobody would ever told me that he pretty much called me a liar and I don't appreciate that one bit so therefore I will definitely not recommend your company to anyone that I know and I will definitely spread the word about how they cannot trust anything you people say

Partner I would not recommend you to anyone and I contacted Progressive and told them about what you did to us and told him that I would not recommend them sending you any more business either cuz all you people did was lie to me than called me a liar saying that you never said that to me
