Jamie and all of the crew were exceptional to work with. We were in dispute with our auto insurance company and it took longer than anticipated to finalize out settlement. Repairs made and finished before I expected. Excellent staff, all of them able to answer all my questions. We did a walk around before and after. They explained everything that would be repaired and explained after repaired. Nancy was very present while checking me in, very knowledgeable. And helpful. I will highly recommend your service.

Very pleased with the work they did on my car. All employees were polite, accommodating, and very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. They did a walk around with mea nd told me what they were going to do when I dropped my car off, then, they did the walk around afterwards and explained to me everything they had done. They updated me the whole time. They had the car so that I knew what was going on. I felt the car was completed in a good time frame, in fact, a little bit faster than what I initially thought. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision anytime. I really wanna give a big. Thank you to Nancy for helping me in many ways. Right now, I wish you could correct my name.
