Everyone, especially my new best friend Patricia, it's very polite and very thorough with explaining what needed to be done. Their communication throughout the process was more than I expected and the walk-through after repairs were complete was good as well!

Was told we would get communication on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Aside from an initial text message we did not get further communication unless we initiated the communication. When speaking to service representatives, they were kind and helpful!

I honestly am not very happy considering I referred people to this establishment. I had a Hyundai get into an accident. I was not at fault and they billed my insurance instead of the party at fault. It created a huge fiasco. Even the at fault parties insurance was surprised they charged my insurance and it should not have been charged. I then brought that up to the people at Caliber and they became defensive and the lady at the desk has an extreme attitude. When you mess something up, own it. Do not blame it on your customer. I will not be using Caliber for future endeavors nor will I be referring anyone else to this place. The repair is fine, however, accountability means more.
