I have had the unfortunate need to use a repair shop for my vehicles. Once in California and once here in Oklahoma. Let me focus on my experience in Oklahoma, beyond perfect is about all I can say. Courteous, persistent, and consistent conversation with me every step of the way by phone text or just automated updates, I would be able to find out what my status of my car was. I was also stalled in the process of getting a rental car and getting the other companies insurance company to commit to pay car star for the repairs. The staff at car star treated me like royalty as if I were their only customer. The work was superior. The outcome was amazing. My car was only four weeks old when it Was damaged and they restored it to as new status. They kept me updated every step of the way. They also reached out to the other insurance company and made the arrangements for the authorization for payment and service. They also arrange for a car rental for me, and they allowed me to return the rental card to their business and they took care of the return paperwork and the return of the rental car back to the rental agency. This is a common experience that I had not only with this facility for the second time in Oklahoma with a different car my Jaguar now my Sentra. In California, I had the same experience with car star. Leads me to believe that there is a consistent franchise ethic. That is beyond reproach. Amazing amazing amazing. I can’t stress enough that if you need a car repair go to car star
