Andrew & Kelly are great! They make me feel comforted with being there, after a bad situation. You did work for me previously and was the first name that popped in my mind when I needed repairs this time. Your team is prompt (getting my car checked, quoted, parts ordered, replaced) and back on the road as before the incidents.. Randy (your technician/mechanic) that broght my key to me was very sweet too, as were the other couple of gentlemen that were at Kelly’s desk and behind Andrew’s desk. You have an awesome team! Keep up the great work and I will certainly refer anyone that I know that needs any type of body service. My only complaint is that I didn’t know about you years ago and would have been a much happier customer, much faster. Thanks, Carstar!

Andrew really checked my truck over. He even got under the back of my truck to look at what may be damaged. Of the estimates I got, he was the only one who did that! Andrew let me know some trim may break during removal, and if they don’t, the parts would be returned. He is honest and kept me informed about how they were doing on my truck. They buffed my whole truck so the scratches are much less noticeable. They repaired and repainted the rear upper bumper, installed new rear lower bumper, impact bars, and a backup light, and one of my wheels was repaired and repainted. I did a drop-by one day since I was in the area. Andrew took me to see how the work was on my truck and upper bumper. It is so nice to find quality work. Most importantly, it is nice to find people and a company who care about their work and making sure their customers are satisfied. I will be using Carstar in Tulsa again! I will recommend Carstar in Tulsa to my family and friends.
