I was not able to pick up my car on the first attempt due to the gap in the front fender and drivers door. It got redone and picked up 2 days later.

Customer service was great. Perhaps I'm being too particular, but door fit is a little off. The paint has particulate in it. It seems like the orange peel in the paint is more prominent than OEM. There were white thumb prints on the door handle. There are scuffs on other panels from sanding that weren't buffed out. Sorry, I was told it was a new door shell so I guess I expected a "new" appearance to the final finish and fitment.

Customer service and communication was excellent. However, if the quality of repairs was better, an additional visit would not have been needed. Paint and polish was average. Panel fitment (new door) was low. Clean up was average. The job was done to basic standards and a second visit improved some of the issues. Utzig Carstar of Janesville has an excellent reputation. I guess I expected a much better initial outcome. They have many good reviews. Perhaps I'm very particular. I keep my vehicles in excellent condition and was hoping for the repair to be finished in a similar fashion. I'm sure they are a good shop overall...
