Von's is home to an award winning Custom Paint Department specializing in Airbrush, Factory Harley Davidson Color Match, Flakes, Striping and Candy Paint. Motorcycle Collision Repair and Paint has been added to the Custom department as well. Additionally, Von's services automotive glass needs of any type. Nice people. Explained everything. But was to be in shop from Monday to Friday. But was not ready until following Thursday. Body work was minor. Good thing that we had rental car. Body work looks fine. So 4 stars out of 5. Would come back due to quality of the work and the people. But would double the time estimate.

Have already told you guys when I signed paperwork and was about to leave. How appreciated the test drive first. The young repairman was easy to speak with and answered all questions. So yes I'd recommend your shop and did on Google as well as said that you were moving next month to Grant/Stone. Texts were ok , but prefer call in person, but you guys sure are busy, so see why that isn't always possible.

The vehicle when I inspected it on Thursday needed a minor paint touchup on the repaired rear cab. I had the conversation with Garrett who told me it was next in line to get repaired for my pickup on Monday

There are 2 ratings Tim was Fantastic throughout the process. Tim was out the week I received the email my truck was ready. Garrett, very disheartening. This is my second time dealing with Garret and he leaves a lot to be desired. When I went to pick up my truck I had to wait 2.5 hours, Garrett told me they were wiping the dust off the truck, Tim informed me that they were fixing the identified issue from the previous Thursday that had not been fixed.
