Very helpful, polite and prompt response. I had Tacoma sticker on the damaged tailgate, and the customer service took it upon herself to order me a replacement sticker as part of the repair. I hadn't thought it was covered as part of the repair but she took the initiative and ordered me a replacement decal since the tailgate would be replaced.
