Von’s CARSTAR has been owned and operated since 2006 by Pat Loop. With more than 15 years in the automotive industry, Pat and his staff knows what it takes to make you a satisfied customer. I took my Toyota Highlander to Vons Carstar after a rear-end collision. From the start, Tim was professional and handled all the paperwork with my insurance company. They provided a detailed estimate and kept me updated through text messages.The finish is flawless. They finished the work exactly when they said they would. Tim did a great job with communication and timeline! I really appreciate all the work you all did, you made it very seamless to both drop off and pick off my car. My only feedback is most of my items on the floorboards of my backseat were tossed in the back trunk and are just spilled over/loose… I just wish they would have been placed back. Thank you!
