Von’s CARSTAR has been owned and operated since 2006 by Pat Loop. With more than 15 years in the automotive industry, Pat and his staff knows what it takes to make you a satisfied customer. Patrick has been servicing the collision industry with his mobile auto theft and alarm business for the past 15 years. Subaru Certified repair shop. Von's is home to an award winning Custom Paint Department specializing in Airbrush, Factory Harley Davidson Color Match, Flakes, Striping and Candy Paint. Motorcycle Collision Repair and Paint has been added to the Custom department as well. Additionally, Von's services automotive glass needs of any type. CARSTAR sets the standard for what high quality communication and repair should look like. We received a detailed outline of the repairs to approve before service began, excellent communication with both us and our insurance provider, daily progress updates via text, expedited service ahead of the original timeline, and high quality OEM parts whenever available. Upon pickup, we received a live, in person walkthrough of every repair made, both under the hood and around the car. They even offered to contact our rental car agency so we would not have to handle the return ourselves. I should also note that the car looked as good as new when we drove it away today. Special thanks to Steven Leitner for the listening ear and truly unparalleled service.
