Was not impressed with the person that worked upfront, was rude and sarcastic, did not go over the car with me to see if all was fixed, will have to take back cause my backup camera is messed up , never was before.

The staff was very amiable throughout the whole process. The estimate was done in a quick manner and the work was done in a good timeframe. When we picked up the car, the process was efficient and again the staff was cheerful and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to see that our car was washed and cleaned. We booked our appt back in June for a Aug appt. The receptionist failed to put is on the calendar and we were told we would wait another 2 months. Reached out to carstar north and the worked us in within 3 weeks! Great staff and they take a lot of pride in their work!
