Towed car (wrecked) to them. They called and gave an estimate (down to the penny) to repair and stated it was totaled. We asked then about paying out of pocket for the rest of the repairs, and they stated it would probably cost more than the estimate to fix. We then asked if they stopped estimating after they realize it was going to be totaled and they stated no, which contradicts theyr earlier statement. We then had an agreement with the insurance company the car would not be sent to salvage until we could retrieve persanal items from the car. Walts also agreed to this, but when we arrived, the car had been moved to Kansas City. Now we have to track it down there. All the while the personnel (other than Tim) at Walt's was indifferent at best, and sometimes rude to our concerns. Will never use them again.

The folks were professional and took care of all aspects of my repair. They provided a clear expectation on delivery dates and even when it have to be updated, they kept me in the loop. I recommend them each time I can.

Overall, a very good job. However, the repair to the chipped paint on the front panel (that was replaced last year) looks pretty bad. Other than that, nice job! Thanks, -Rick
