Took a week when initially told 3 days. Asked to have a bracket installed while repairs where being and was told they could and conveniently it was forgotten. And the price increased even though it was paid by insurance. I would never use you again or recommend you.

I was treated with respect, excellent customer service at the reception. The technician who did the infection was respectful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Pick up was not a hustle. The gentleman who handed me the keys was great and respectfully answered all my questions. Overall the service was excellent.

Everyone was so kind. They waited for me to arrive from New York after a 5 hour drive to get my vehicle. The owner helped me when I was too nervous to back out of the lot and empathized that it would take time to not be nervous after an accident. That was very helpful. The receptionist kept in constant communication with me. This was the least stressful part of a very stressful time. The car also looks incredible. Thank you so much.

My experience at Carstar Xpress Collision was efficient and pleasant. Luz was welcoming and professional and helpful in making me understand how the process works to leave the car for repair and then helping me to get a rental. Soon after, I met Hamza (my Carstar estimator) he was extremely detailed and professional about the anticipated repairs for my car. The Carstar Xpress Collision team did an excellent job repairing my car in a timely manner and I am truly grateful.
