The facility is immaculate. The staff is super friendly. Everything is so quick. I don’t think I was in the lobby 5 minutes and that included a rental car being brought to me. Repairs looks great! I went to Carstar Xpress from the next town over because the reviews were so great. I’m glad I did.

Sam and his team were excellent from the minute I stepped onto the lot. They dealt with the insurance company, they kept me updated with texts, and the car is absolutely beautiful after the repair. It is a 10 year old 2010 Subaru outback, and even though I have tried to keep it pristine, it gets dings and bumps from other cars. The day I picked it up from carstar on Tuesday, it looked as pristine as the day I drove it off the dealers lot! Cannot thank you enough or say enough about how excellent you are in every area.

I brought my car to CARSTAR because someone scraped against my car leaving a cut on the front bumper and the fender bent. The professionals at CARSTAR did such a great job on my car. They fixed the damage and my car looks like nothing happened. And Tianna at the front desk is professional, courteous and friendly. She let me know when the job was complete and my car was ready for pick up. I’d use their services again and recommend them as well.
