Carstar Xpress in Stratford went above and beyond in customer service! I dropped off my car for repairs and was pleasantly surprised with their customer service! They fixed not only the damage that was assessed originally but took care of all little scratches that were not noted in the work order! The staff was amazing! Everyone I interacted with, Luz at reception, Sam who inspected the car and Hamza who handed it over to me post repairs-were all super nice and a pleasure to deal with! Not only did I receive my car 2 days earlier than expected, it had been thoroughly washed and cleaned as well! Highly recommend this repair shop!
