I had a very pleasant experience with CarStar Xpress Collision. The people were honest, friendly and helpful. The repair work was perfect. They were recommended by my insurance company, and at first I was skeptical, but I decided to get an estimate from them anyway. Their estimate was very reasonable, and it was almost half the other two estimates I had. Moreover they fixed more things than the other body shops said they would fix. I am a very satisfied customer, and would definitely recommend them.

I took my Subaru to your wonderful repair shop the for first time after it got badly damaged in August by a hit-and-run driver. I was going to take it somewhere else, but one of the people I work with at Saint Vincents hospital raved about CARSTAR Xpress, so I brought it to you. When I picked up the Outback,, it looked like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor 10 years ago. Unfortunately, for me, I got hit again, much less damage, but fortunately for me, I knew exactly where to take it. This damage was significantly less, but just like the first time, your team was professional, efficient, and caring. Not only was the damage beautifully repaired both times, but it looks like my car got a minor detail job both times, including whatever beautiful thing they put on the tires to make them gleam like brand new. I have told all my friends and family if they ever do need to have their car fixed, you are the team to take it to. Even the people who dropped me off and picked me up both times the car was being repaired. Both stated, after seeing what a beautiful job you did on my car, “now we know where to bring our vehicles“. And I’m spreading the word at Saint Vincents hospital that anybody who needs car repair needs to take it to your team. Thank you so much. My hope is that I don’t need to visit with your wonderful team again, but if something happens to my car, I know exactly where to come. tell your team they are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. Not only was your team excellent after my first episode in August when my car was smashed by a hit and run driver, when there was major damage, but this time it was minor damage (again, a hit-and-run driver!)to the bumper, but they still show the same level of professionalism that they did the first time. I tell everybody why I run into I hope that the car never has an accident, but if they do, I tell everybody to go to carstar xpress!

My suv was in bad shape after being struck by a Toyota Tacoma. The entire rear end was damaged. CARSTAR Xpress exceeded my expectations. I’ve gotten auto body work by other shops in the past and the work was good but you can still tell the car was in an accident. Unsanded patch, a little discoloration in paint, etc. I didn’t have any of those issues with CARSTAR Xpress. The tailgate and back bumper looks like I just bought my vehicle from the dealership. The repair quality is awesome!

Someone is always available to answer a call when I had questions, made rental car arrangements seamless, everyone is knowledgeable and can quickly + easily explain the process, suv was returned washed and detailed(clean), and my suv was ready 1 day early.
