Carty’s was very responsive and kept me updated. After my estimate they went to work on my car right away. They received a few damaged parts which they communicated to me and my insurance company, advocating to get a better quality part approved. I was to pick up my car on a specific date, but that day they noticed a light they replaced was not operating. They ordered a new one and put the part in for me to pick up the following day. I appreciate their honesty, transparency and great customer service.

My car looks brand new. You would never know car was in an accident I have a yellow labrador and anyone who ever had 1 knows there is always dog fur everywhere. When i openned my back door for my dog to get in thete was absolutely No dog fur anywhere. Cartys do easy yo work with. Best place to fix my car also they Do regular car maintence work
