Work was good and hopefully my issues were not the norm.

The physical work that was done to repair vehicle damage was good but there was an issue that occurred afterwards that made me give a 7. I went to start vehicle and battery was dead. This was the day after I picked it up. Luckily it happened at home and my husband was there. He checked and there was a loose cable. Although an easy fix it caused unnecessary delays since I was leaving for work.
