I would love to have given our neighborhood collision center at 10 but things just aren’t working out the way they were promised. My car has been in the shop over five weeks and still not completed. Very frustrating at this point.

Customer service and time estimate for the work done were both excellent. The work done was also quite good, but I did notice my lift gate seems to have a little bit more of a gap on one side than the other since being replaced, and the paint job on my rear bumper also looks overall good, aside from a small imperfection in one of the corners (looks like a small chip?) that I'm slightly concerned about potentially degrading over time with weather, etc. Neither of those things are noticeable unless you know to look for them though. All in all, a positive experience!

Carty's Collision does excellent work. I take my car there for body repairs and mechanical work. I would highly recommend Carty's Collision. If you want your car looking brand new from body work, Carty's is the place to go. They do quality body work. My whole passenger side was damaged. It looks like it came off the showroom floor. They did a fantastic job. A friend commented on how good my car looked. I highly recommend them. Mechanical work is a plus, also. You will not go wrong if you go to Carty's Collision

Great customer service. Carty's kept me in constant updates with what was going on with my vehicle. If I returned a call and the party was not there, someone else would have the answer. When the manufacturer didn't have the part, they searched beyond and got the part earlier.

There was a small part of my driver side fender that was already coming apart when I came to pick the car up. While a forced return trip is not ideal, the rest of the work was fantastic.
