Everything went smoothly, they were very customer service oriented. There was a part that was difficult to find and they called me regularly with updates. The only glitch was when I got the car home the turn signal indicator wasn’t working so I had to take it back.

I was really happy that Carty’s was able to squeeze me in even though he was not accepting any new vehicles. They are so trust worthy. I told him what I wanted and her made it happen. They did an amazing job with the repairs. My car feels new! The other cool part is that they kept me abreast the entire way. In the future. if not Lexus definitely Carty’s. I would probably even choose Carty’s first after this experience.

The car looks fantastic, Brandon was very communicative about the process, and I got my car back in about three weeks, which seemed good considering the parts shortages. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Carty’s to others.
