Overall very satisfied with the quality and timelines of work done. Two minor complaints dropped rating to “8”: (1) failed to provide insurance co. name and claim # when making car rental reservation which complicated & delayed obtaining the car; (2) promised updates on work progress but never received any — had to call you. .

The repair and response to my feedback that it “didn’t feel safe” after driving it for the first time after repair was excellent and much appreciated. Brandon came to my house and picked it up, test drove it, brought it back to the shop, checked everything and gave it a clean bill of health. They also confirmed that the airbags were ok, which had been a concern since they hadn’t deployed in this serious accident.
