Carty’s went above and beyond my expectations. Preformed a super job to a point of my car looking brand new and operating well. They kept me posted on their work progress till completion. They made my experience easy to manage my waiting time and worked with car rental company to pick up the car when repair was complete. That said, great job good people. Will probably have my car serviced periodically. Thank you Curt and Brandon!!!

My car went into the shop right before New Years for some body work. When I dropped it off, they were beyond personable and professional. The shop worked directly with my insurance, told it would be two weeks, and was communicative along the way. My car ended up being there two days longer than quotes due to a system failure that was outside of their control. They contacted my insurer about the extension so I never had to get involved which was wonderful. The car looked fabulous, was cleaned from top to bottom (washed, vacuumed, and inside of windows cleaned as well). It was almost cleaner than when I take it to the car wash. I would take my car back there in a heartbeat. They do amazing work and are fantastic to deal with. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that they have dogs in their front office to great you when you walk in!!
