When picked up vehicle, black fingerprints on interior roof liner and an excessive white powder all over interior. Lift gate was not calibrated to work. Not sure if other parts will work or not because not enough time to test quality.

The shop wasn’t able to take my car on the planned schedule and had to send it to another location. Parts had to be ordered. There was a week delay in communication. Once I called to get the ETA, I began to receive regular comms. The work itself is great.

My new windshield has as many crystal holes as my old one… the old windshield was covered with very small chips, where it looked like a crystal glass… So Does the New One.! Something isn’t right.. 😇

They even detailed my car. Everything was great! My car looked like it had never sustained a collision and they got it done fast. My rep (name?? She sits in the last desk) in the front office was so kind from the moment I walked in and she handled the claim, communication, everything, so professionally. 10/10 would recommend
