These folks were amazing! They answered all questions and went out of their way to contact us when we left our handicap Placard in the vehicle. In addition to that they knew we were out of town and contacted us about a hail storm warning giving us a heads up and then called after the storm passed to ensure we knew our vehicle was fine. All tis in addition to ensuring that Enterprise Rent a car knew when we were arriving and would need our rental. Customer Service at this level is rare today!!!!
