I am impressed with the level of accommodation to our situation beginning with allowing our vehicle to be dropped off before your location actually opened, which allowed my wife and me to not miss any time from work. The text updates sharing the progress on the repairs were a welcome surprise. And, maybe above all, your team was willing to validate my and my wife’s assertion that our vehicle should not have been written off as a total loss without ever having laid eyes physically on the vehicle. I was super happy with my experience. David was professional and informative. I felt the service went above and beyond. Everything was done in a more timely manner than I expected. I got my car back a whole week and a half earlier than estimated! And I love the updates I was sent every few days. It helped give me peace of mind and I appreciated being kept in the loop.
