Auto body repair was complete and done beautifully. Cascade failed to properly test drive the vehicle and missed repairs a wheel bearing and another problem still in question

I was continually assured that the vehicle would be taken on a drive that reached highway speeds ( because I was so concerned with the damaged affecting the AWD system) vehicle taken "around the corner" speeds of about 35 mph

My concerns were not addressed when I came back and asked to review. I took it to different location and took care and my concerns were taken care by paying some from my pocket. In fact it was my whole and sole decision to go with cascades Auto body and I pick this place based on my discussion with someone I trust at Leesburg Toyota. I got lot of option and it was my decision just because of good reference from a known person from Leesburg Toyota I pushed geico to go with Cascades. Now I regret for my decision. Anyway it's too late to go over the bitter experiences. If I have to say any good experience with cascades I would say Sandy and Heather were really the best in communicating and taking care of customer. All other experiences at cascades I have no comments to say.
