The service was excellent and I felt comfortable dealing with Platinum. Answered every question I had. When I picked up my car the interior was cleaned which was great, as well as my car being washed! The repair was done so well and thoroughly. Overall service was excellent in every respect. First, estimate he provided was wrong and vehicle was picked on Fridays(7/31) but he informed rental car for picked date 8/3. Which was false information and I paid and you paid extra from rental.
