A broken piece of trim was installed and was flapping when the car was delivered. I pointed this out and was told a new piece of trim would be ordered and i would get a call on Monday to get it replaced. It's now Wednesday and no phone call. In addition, i pointed out that the power lock did not work on the replaced door. Your technician evaluated it for 20 minutes, and declared it to be working correctly. In the last two days of use at home, it seems the power lock only works about 50% of the time.

And thus she earned my trust! The completed fender repair is absolutely clean & I love the attention to detail. The paint color matches the other original fenders.
