Once I told them that the first repair was unsatisfactory the redid a portion of it that I rejected, I was fine. Also they said that they could not replace my after market tail light that was damaged. I have to order it and repair it myself...very interesting

We were told the car was ready. When we got there the damage wasn't done right. However they did fix it and returned the car 3 days later. I expected all the work to be done but they did not fix the dent in the rear quarter panel where I explained that was dented perviously that was fixed until redented by this accident. It would have them needed to be repainted. I took my car back anyway because my husband can fix it himself since they didn't bother to care Customer service was friendly but to busy to listen. They need to have a person to inspect the work done prior to calling the customer for pick up.
