Despite the staining on the plastic of my drivers side, I am still highly satisfied with the actual repair. The outside of my car looks brand new where the repair was done. I also had a stress free customer service experience which can make all the difference for a stressful situation. I will recommend this body shop to others in the future.

Ricky is a great communicator face-to-face, by phone and by email. He is friendly and super helpful. The lady at the front desk was the best as well. My apologies for not remembering her name.
