It was polite and quick, but overspray on the windows and the alternate facts about having my windshield calibrated left a bad taste.

Ricky handled my account, and was very nice and responsive. The car looks nice, and the painted panel matches well. That said, I was disappointed by how my windshield was handled. I received a new Acura OEM windshield quickly. In the post-Covid world, that’s amazing. But when I asked multiple times if it had been calibrated, I was told yes, only to be told after I had issues that it had actually not been done. Now I have to bring it back in. Look, just tell me the truth. I was literally asking for my and my family’s safety. It’s dangerous to not calibrate the windshield of a modern vehicle.
