Customer service is definitely a 10! The whole staff is amazing however corners were definitely cut. I specifically shown the damage that was done to my mirror and none of it was fixed, the replaced the front fender which had the most amount of damage but didn’t repaint the door which had a minor scratch from being hit also (I guess they didn’t want to repaint the whole door for one small chunk of paint. Also whatever they put on my car had left white streaks and when it rained in the inside of my door got wet it’s now streaky with what looks like white watered down paint. Loved the customer service but disappointed with the work.

Ricky & team were extremely professional and delivered some of the best customer service I’ve had. I was nervous about the process but it’s the small things this team did (multiple follow ups, helping with the rental pickup & drop-off, plus putting all the things in my trunk in a box to vacuum) that showed me they really value their customers.
