Ricky was super nice and easy to work with, along with the staff. He was always super informative on updates on my vehicle repairs. I never once had to question how things were going. They took care of contacting Enterprise when I got there to make sure they were coming and then when I went to return my rental car as well. They also took care of contacting my insurance for balances and other things as well.
