Mr. Ricky provided the absolute best customer service every step of the way. He was upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable from the initial call, to email updates, pickup and everything in between. No stone was left unturned from the very beginning to the very end of our encounter. He went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful and appreciative for the unrivaled professionalism, commitment, and courtesy from the entire team. I did not meet one person who did not greet me or have a smile on their face which was quite refreshing.
