From the very first call to Superior Collision, I was greeted by Katie’s friendly and helpful voice. She patiently answered my questions and guided me through every step of the process. From that initial phone call to the day I picked up my vehicle, she was prompt, professional, and reassuring. Every staff member I interacted with at the shop was equally kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was originally quoted that my car would likely be ready by Friday (after dropping it off on Monday), but to my surprise and appreciation, it was finished by Wednesday afternoon. The entire experience was seamless, and I’m truly grateful for the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness I received. I will gladly recommend Superior Collision to my friends and family. The added bonus of having a loaner vehicle during the repair made the process even easier. Thank you all so much!!
