My only issue was I was never told that it could take five days to complete. I was completely surprised. I was expecting it back within a day. Luckily it worked out for my husband and I to share one car

I only chose the "NO" answer so I can make a comment. I think something was missed because the noise in the back is greater. Maybe the accident shock effected the wheel bearings or something. Just a thought. But it is noticeable.
