Unfortunately, I would absolutely recommend their mechanics and workers, because the work was excellent. Unfortunately, the customer service was so bad. I would not go back.

Although I really like the work that they did and would give their rating a 10 on the work performed, it took three months to get my car fixed, and I was continually told every week that the car would be ready the following week. The customer service was horrendous.

From day one CBS Auto Body has been a dream to work with! They are so meticulous with details and make sure everything is taken care of to a T. The staff at CBS were amazing they helped and guided me through the whole process including getting a rental car and having it brought to the body shop and having my car delivered and the rental picked up once everything was completed.
