Very poor communication. Text messages sent don't give accurate info (per a shop employee), so why use them? Took way too long to complete job, and was given no updates as to why the delay. I had to call to figure out what was going on. Employees on the phone were always very nice.

My car looked beautiful. I did not expect the interior to look like it had been detailed. It was exceptionally clean. Exterior looks great as well. I just wish the one week job would not have taken 2 1/2 weeks.
