Everything was good until I got in my truck to drive away and put it in drive my transmission sounded like it popped because they parked on a hill without using the Ebrake damaging the locking pin/parking pawl then the manager laughed about it

Work was fantastic. Communication was great!! Took longer to get parts than expected and since the car was drivable, I would’ve preferred if they gave me the option to drive my car until the parts came in. Other than that, it was a stellar experience and I would 100% recommend them to others and use them again if needed.
