This is the second time I have used your services. Both times your people were courteous professional and knowledgeable. The estimated completion date slipped a little but the communication was excellent. You need a bigger parking lot.

Some imperfections. Trunk lid has damage from storage and or install. Dent pointing outward. Previously not there, possibly happened by hinge installment.

I gave a five star rating because I was not satisfied with the final result or overall experience. I found a new dent in the trunk pointing outward, damage and missing paint on the two corners closest to the rear window, and apparent damage to the quarter panels near those same areas. Whether this occurred during storage or installation, it should have been identified and corrected before the vehicle was returned. The repair also took far too long, even allowing for possible delays or backordered parts. I expected better workmanship, attention to detail, and a thorough final inspection from a professional body shop. I did not notice these issues until I got home because I was in a hurry at pickup, but the additional damage and missing paint were not present before the repair. I hope the shop takes these concerns seriously and addresses the outstanding issues.
