I didn't like the way the car was detailed. There was something greasy all over the windows, which I think the person who detailed the car could have done a better job. I'm not sure about my car having two dents, when it wasn't hit or in an accident.I wanted to know about the minor scratches on my car, that I inquired about before the valet delivered my car. The car was sitting for two extra days, which means they could have detailed the car better instead of the rush job. My first experience was excellent. This second time, I was a little disappointed. You really don't notice the work until you pick up your car and start driving. They left a black marker in my front seat with the cap off. They said the car was painted but it will have some scratches on the side that was repaired.

Used valet service to get rental car. Wanted to drop rental at C&E ourselves (not use valet) but had some issue getting a definitive time when the Ridgline would be ready. Minor issue

I dropped off my car on 2/6 and it wasn't ready until 2/22. It just seems like it took a lot of time for the repairs to be completed especially for the minimal repairs that needed to be made. It was an inconvenience because I didn't have rental coverage and went without a car for over two weeks. When I first dropped off my car I was told that my car would be made a priority because of this fact but it doesn't seem like the message was passed on. Originally I was told it would be ready around the 15th maybe the lastest the 17th. I got a text message at the end of the day on the 16th saying my car wouldn't be ready until 2/21. On 2/21 I called in the morning because I didn't trust that it would be ready. I was then told it would be another day which I would of not found out about unless I called because the text message updates come at the end of the day. The repairs looked good and all the employees were very professional but I was unhappy with the multiple delays and the time it took.
