Great communication using updates on repairs via text/emails, great communication with insurance co. Professional work with quality inspection esp rear end accidents (leak test trunk n bumper area). Quality manufacturer parts used only. Drop off service with rent a car waiting for you beforehand. Best of the Best!! I'll recommend them to everyone.

Since drop-off, the best thing about the repair center was the communication. I received updates almost daily about the status of the repair, in addition to phone calls whenever there were any new developments or changes. The repair was completed almost a week before the estimated completion date.

My repair was very involved. Hard to fully evaluate given a lot was internal but the exterior components were great. Only minor issues were missing lug nut and tire inserts. But these were handled easily and promptly after the fact.
