Only suggestion for improvement is to ditch the computer generated status messages as they are often inaccurate. Appreciate that live people answer the phone when you call. Car wash and cleaning was unexpected and above and beyond.

It’s a fantastic company. Melissa drives the bus - full of folks who do top notch work with an amazing attention to detail. Hard to imagine you’d enjoy going into an auto-body shop, but that’s the case at C&E.

Looks great. Chemical smell was very strong inside the vehicle, however for a couple days.
