Only concern is that there seems to be different people managing the shop, answering the phone, etc for a small place. I used them 6 months ago and all new people were there this time. When your work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle, I get a little concerned.

The only concern I had is that they cleaned the front passenger floor and removed roofing shingle samples I had placed on the floor. They must have thought is was trash.

C&E kept me posted EVERY STEP of the way!! Having daily updates was great. Jim and the C&E crew were friendly, professional and didn't make fun of me when I came running back in because my steering wheel wouldn't unlock.
