C&E auto in Norfolk is absolutely the best. Their service, prompt communications, the shop workers and office staff are the best I have ever worked with. I have no skin in the game, my car was hit by someone with Mapfre insurance and the agent I was working with and C&E was very turnkey, everything was taken care of, and C&E worked with the local rental car company to arrange pick up and drop off. From the experience I'm thinking of swapping my insurance to Mapfre. Please commend C&E for their excellent work and make their shop a recommended partner for future work.

My experience there was overall good. I had to bring the car back to have mistakes fixed and that was annoying, but the tech did, in fact, fix everything in a short period of time while I waited. If I'd had to leave the car, I'd be very unhappy as I'd already turned in the rental.

There were some issues that should have been addressed in the quality control step of the process - body parts weren't well aligned (fender a full 1/4 inch higher than hood), keyless door lock mechanism didn't work, chassis squeak when driving 40 MPH +, and tape residue was left on windshield of car

The staff was very friendly and efficient - they arranged my car rental and rental return and all of that went flawlessly. They told me my car would be ready in two weeks and it was ready in two weeks exactly.
