The quality of the repair work on my Toyota 4Runner was outstanding, and the attention to detail was obvious the moment I saw the vehicle. What impressed me most was their honesty and customer service. Chris Day went above and beyond, taking the time to review additional damage that had been overlooked initially and helping coordinate with the insurance company to make sure everything was handled properly. He kept me informed throughout the process and treated me with respect every step of the way. It's rare these days to find a business that combines excellent craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, but Cedar City Collision Center does exactly that. The car looks a lot better than it did even before it got wrecked. They added extra detail for the sake of making it look good while also doing so for a cheaper price than the estimate. I’m very satisfied with the fixes and final product.

I needed to grab something out of my car. No one was at the desk or responded to me calling out hello. I called them and no one answered the phone. I had to go hunting through the bays to find someone to help me.

The paint wasn't blended due to shade making it look closer than it was but they fixed it without questioning it to make me fully satisfied and they did a great job. The car runs as new as it can like the wreck never happened

Great experience! Our car needed repair after being “keyed”. Relatively simple I figured. Took it to another local shop. Up front a four week wait for appointment. After a four week wait, oh, another two weeks?? I then called Ben who booked it one week out. I took it to him on a Monday and it was done, beautifully, on Thursday. A lesson, just because someone is really busy, doesn’t mean that they are worth the wait. Again, we’re very satisfied.
